At Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio, we are dedicated to sharing the sacred practices of Yoga. We understand the importance of individuality on the mat. Each body is unique, and what serves one may not serve another. Here, we encourage you to turn your focus inward, honoring your body, mind, and SOUL. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • BALANCE

    chakra flow

    Start your morning off right with this unique class that will work to awaken Chakras within the body. Chakras are the vital, life-force energy centers which are key to balancing all levels of our well-being. Postures will encourage the physical opening of these centers and each week we will focus on one of the seven main Chakras in this all-levels flow class. When balanced and in harmony, your energy will flow smoothly, inviting more calmness and inner peace into your life. 

    Your SOUL will light up the colors of the rainbow as you achieve BALANCE.

  • BLOOM

    A prenatal yoga practice.

    Join a community of other mamas as we Cultivate a deeper self-awareness during this transition, develop a deeper connection with your baby and feel more grounded in your daily life. These prenatal yoga classes will be sequenced and designed for your changing body and growing baby. Each practice will consist of gentle and safe postures that will include breath work and mindfulness meditation. The skills and techniques you will learn can be used during labor, the birth of your baby, or any time during your pregnancy and post birth.

  • NURTURE

    A gentle yoga practice. 

    This thoughtful and nurturing slow practice incorporates: standing postures, balancing postures, seated, supine, and deep relaxation to bring the nervous system to homeostasis. Whether you are healing from an injury or looking for a slow and safe practice, options will be offered to customize and personalize the practice to support your health and well-being. No experience is needed.

  • RESTORE

    A restorative yoga practice.

    RESTORE is a class designed to offer assisted relaxation for the body and mind. Gentle movement, yogic breathing, and supported poses will combine to help increase flexibility, balance, and well-being, while reducing tension and stress. While in flow you will learn basic poses, how to connect breath to movement, and how to embrace slow movements so you can take the time to nourish your cells down to the very bone. 

    Feed your SOUL through rest and RESTORE joy.

  • ROOT

    A slow-flow yoga practice. 

    Root focuses on building a strong foundation in each posture, to truly ground your body, mind and SOUL. Ideal for those days when you want to cultivate awareness of movement and breath at a steady and mellow pace. The slower transitions between poses encourage mindfulness, resilience and self-compassion. You will leave this class feeling aligned, balanced, and with a strong yoga foundation. 

    ROOT yourself into your practice.

  • SCULPT

    A yoga practice incorporating weights + bands. 

    An energizing, upbeat class incorporating bursts of cardio through yoga flows utilizing free weights and resistance bands to build strength and stamina. This all-levels, total-body workout will get your heart beating and sweat flowing. 

    SCULPT your mind, body, and SOUL to feel into your highest self.

  • SOUL

    Our signature all-levels yoga class. 

    This class incorporates deep stretching and flowing sequences to warm up the body. We will step into a place of mindful awareness as we gently open energy lines and soothe the nervous system through breath, meditation and movement. With this awareness we can learn to take our practice off the mat and into our everyday lives.

  • STILLNESS

    A candlelight Yin yoga practice. 

    Candlelight Yin yoga uses longer, passively held postures to work the deeper connective tissues of the body; tendons, the ligaments and fascia: areas that do not stretch like muscle; areas that are difficult to reach and open. When opened, prana flows freely resulting in a supple and flexible body. Yin yoga encourages slowing down, to pay attention and deepen the awareness between mind, body and SOUL. An all-levels class that is yummy, stretchy, peaceful and also challenging.
