This monthly Yoga Nidra series begins halfway through the traditional start of the lunar year, at the vernal equinox, when day and night are of equal length.
As we move into the busyness of the holiday season, as well as shorter days and longer nights, it is a wonderful time to do a bit of hibernation and slowing down.

Yoga Nidra, or yoga sleep, is a tantric yoga practice of transcending the layers, or sheaths, of being. During this workshop you will have the opportunity to develop your own sankalpa, or resolve statement, via meditation. After a short gentle physical practice to loosen tension and circulate blood flow, you will then be guided through a complete physical body relaxation to acknowledge what is real and remember what is true.
