The practice of yoga nidra, or yoga sleep,
takes the practitioner into a deep state of relaxation where the body sleeps but consciousness is fully awake.
This practice has been found to reverse post traumatic stress disorder, calm the adrenals, and increase vitality.
After a short gentle practice to loosen physical tension,
we will slow down and participate in a guided practice that delves through the layers, or "sheaths," of being.
Give yourself the gift of calming down and going deeper.
