Mindful Moments

A mini children’s camp aimed at promoting healthy coping skills using mindful and yoga based activities designed to be fun, engaging and creative.

Giving kids the tools to help them process negative thoughts and behaviors, build self confidence, focus and treat others and themselves with respect and appreciation is a gift they will have for the rest of their lives.
