Megan Brown (RYT 200, RPYT, reiki 1)
Megan Brown has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. Yoga is a beautiful way to stretch, strengthen, and lengthen the body, but for Megan it is a way to meditate, calm the mind, and keep her life in balance.
Awareness, mindfulness, discipline, strength, and focus are all beneficial for navigating through our daily lives, and Megan believes that by practicing yoga one can infuse these virtues deep within yourself, and this is the intention Megan brings to her classes. Megan is a DONA certified birth doula with a passion for nurturing and nourishing the mind and body. Drawn by the paralleling threads of developing the self through yoga and the developing body during pregnancy, Megan holds both her 200 hour RYT through Jen Ryan at The Yoga Loft, and RPYT.
When Megan is not attending births as a birth doula, or teaching yoga, she can be found Milking goats at Valley View Farm in Topsfield, spending time with her husband and two children, or working in her garden.
