MaMa + baby yoga allows mothers to enjoy their practice, introduce baby to the practice, bond with their new baby, and work on specific poses for their postpartum body. Babies will also enjoy yoga poses to assist with digestion, brain function and overall well-being. This is a great space to meet other new and seasoned mothers, share stories and feel supported during this special time. Please don’t worry about whether your baby will fuss, have to nurse, or need a diaper change because these are all welcomed and expected. Congratulations, we can’t wait to meet your new bundle of joy! (Please bring a blanket + any toys for baby)
