I began my yoga practice looking for an alternate form of exercise and was searching for something life fulfilling. It didn’t take long for me to realize the impact yoga had on my everyday life. With a steady practice on and off the matt, i’m the best version of myself. I enjoy the physical challenge and mental clarity that comes with every class I take.
The best type of class for me is physically challenging and makes me feel more connected to my mind and body. I strive to bring those same impacts every time I teach.
You can find me teaching various vinyasa flows, prenatal yoga, and even baby & me classes . I’m RYT 200 hour + prenatal yoga certified. One of my favorite things about yoga is witnessing the amazing community that is built around it. I look forward to connecting with new people all the time. I hope to help my students relish in the space they need for themselves.
